4. Product introduction:

243 is a kind of one-component, thyrotrophic viscosity, general type, anaerobic type screw thread lock sealant. This product is applied to two close-fit metal surfaces and solidifies when isolating with air, and can be dismantled with hand tool

5. Product application:
Avoid looseness and leakage of the screw thread fastener. Use for sealing the under M20 screw thread lock. Especially applicable to the surfaces with low activity such as stainless steel and electroplating surface

7.Instructions

(1).The applied side should be washed clean, dry and oil-free, which choose 755 abluent to have the best effect.

(2).Apply enough glue on the bolt to fill up the whole thread engagement; this product will have optimum result on the thin sub of below 0.05mm.

(3).As to the king size screw thread, the large clearance will affect the speed of solidification and intensity. This product can alleviate the friction caused by assemblage (torsional moment and tension ratio), which should be fixed in advance when tight up the screw thread to the critical value. 

8. Safety notice

This product contains crylic acid and methyl acrylic acid hydroxide propyl propionate, which is irritative to skin and eyes. If the liquid gets to the skin should rinse with water at once; if eyes, should rinse with water and consult the doctor.

10.Storage condition
Shelf life (in sealed container) can be up to 18 months in a cool and dry place with temperature ranging from 15 to 28℃.
